3 Days from the time of delivery.
  • Report through emailing with multiple photos of the defected parts of the item(s).


  • If you can mange to send video, that's best but be aware the longer a video runs, the larger the file size. Some email engine have size limitations. So If you choose to take a video keep it as short as possible.


  • Only manufactory defects Are eligible for returns, at this time.
